  1. @rachelbeck_ still that all depends on the type of diet, how much body fat u still have, how clean is your food… high protein diet, carb cycling, keto, ….. its different for everyone. Do I have a coach?

  2. I don’t currently have a coach. My bf% is approx. 14% right now and I carb cycle but mostly stay low on carbs( around 90-130g depending on the day) I’d like to incorporate a refeed day every two weeks or so. My protein is high(1.8g per lb of body weight) I’m wondering what kind of carb foods I could incorporate on those refeed days.

  3. Dm me. There is. Difference between a refeed and carb cycling. I dont think u have the proper formula to start
