  1. @felix_the_act suppose it’s fair to say they dont have to be frozen. In the end just an easier way to keep them edible for longer.

  2. I love smoothies! So adaptable – and tasty if you get the mix right! Mixing blueberries and spinach does not make for the most attractive color though… 😂😂

  3. @felix_the_act I like fruit frozen in a smoothie to maintain an icy texture in the same way you’d blend a margarita or icy cocktail for example with ice cubes (I don’t like fresh room temp fruit smoothies…if a fresh fruit is on sale and the price bests a frozen package I’ll usually buy the fresh one and chop and freeze it accordingly). Had to jump in there in defense of frozen fruit texture and for keeping fruits longer in a smoothie lol.

  4. @hjartkompaniet Shhhhh. Actually with all that stuff in it Ive never really noticed the spinach. Banana and vanilla only turned a little green.

  5. @deceptika greek yogurt could definitely work. Ive actually thrown in reasonable amounts of olive oil that doesnt change taste but can actually give it a creamy feel. Im gonna look into this a little more too

  6. @chadhargrove1 ohhh I’ll try the Greek yogurt tomorrow, I bought it in an attempt to eat on its own but it turns out I still hate yogurt 😜but buried in a smoothly would work well!
