  2. I have been thinking about getting a tattoo for a while now.

    However there’s a problem. Currently I am in the middle of my cut. Would it be logical for me to get a tattoo now, considering I will gain a significant amount weight when I start bulking? I don’t want it to stretch. So maybe the most logical thing to do is to get it during my bulk? What do you guys think? I think I am over thinking a little

  3. I need wrist wraps and my gym sells them, theyre pretty shit but its just until I get sbds. There was only one pair left yesterday but I had no cash and if theyre gone today I’m gonna cry.

  4. Does anyone know any good calve workouts or routines. Mine have barely gained any muscle in the past year even though I’ve been working them out twice a week

  6. I had the worst flu of my life last week. I was bed ridden for 3 to 4 days, during which I could barely eat anything. I could basically only drink water and Gatorade, and was so weak I could barely walk to the bathroom. I also had diarrhea the entire time, shitting pure water. I lost a ton of weight.

    A week later and Im starting to feel normal, gain the weight back, and get my strength back. I can’t tell you how hard it is mentally, feeling completely drained and thinking you’re losing all your muscle, especially in the beginning of Summer. So fucking depressing.

    My question is, have you guys ever had shit like this happen? If so, what was it, and how did you bounce back after?
