  5. Hey Ashley, one does NOT need to spend a dime on a nutritional program and/or supplements, you are just an overrated 'celebrity trainer'. I'm an underground personal trainer and I can get my clients in top shape by utilizing their local park, own bodyweight, intermittent fasting, water, and a cut of steak, avocados, a yogurt probiotic drink, or just plain 2% milk, which provides you the Protein, Vitamin D, B12 and Phosphorus, and Riboflavin and Calcium! You're trying to make a mountain out of a mole hill, keep it simple. Know your role!
