Who desires to share these peanut butter & chocolate oat bars with me? They’re tender and crunchy, candy and salty and totally scrumptious!☺️❤️ I’ll put the recipe beneath for anybody ! Have an important new week everybody! #healthy_belly

Elements:
1 C rolled oats
half of C almond flour
four tbsp peanut butter (crunchy)
10 dates (pitted)
Three-6 tbsp water
1 tbsp coconut oil
half of tsp floor cinnamon
half of tsp vanilla bean powder
Pinch of salt
100 g chocolate chips (avoid wasting for sprinkling on prime)
30 g peanuts
Instructions:
Place all substances besides chocolate chips and peanuts, in a meals processor and course of till you get a crumby ans sticky texture. Switch the combination to a pan (20×20 cm) lined with parchment paper and press down firmly.
Place the pan within the freezer to set for a few minutes.
Soften chocolate and pour over the combination, sprinkle with chocolate chips and peanuts. Place again within the freezer for 30 minutes. Take away from the pan and break into items. Hold refrigerated or within the freezer.

A gdyby połączyć dwie najładniej pachnące rzeczy w jeden wypiek? Zapach i smak chlebku bananowego z kawą ? Miękki, do posmarowania czymś lub sam np. do… kawy ?
Dorwałam jeszcze dzisiaj rano borówki, które uwielbiam, ale ich ceny już nie tak bardzo ?
? CHLEBEK BANANOWY z aromatem kawy ☕️?
✔️ 2 jajka
✔️ three banany
✔️ 1 szklanka mąki (dałam ryżową i gryczanąj)
✔️ 10g rozpuszczonego oleju kokosowego (lub innego tłuszczu)
✔️ 1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia
✔️ 1/three szklanki zaparzonej kawy
? Wszystkie składniki dokładnie blendujemy, na koniec dodajemy kawę i mieszamy. Przelewamy do keksówki wyłożonej papierem do pieczenia [18x9cm] i pieczemy 30-35 minut w 180*C ?

9 occasions out of 10 i will begin my day with a bowl of oatmeal (in any other case itwill be a poached ?). It is simply fast, straightforward,wholesome, and scrumptious.

As of late I’ve been including some PB powder to my oatmeal, and this morning stepped it up a little bit bit additional with some sliced ?, ?, and cacao nibs.
