Some late night time meals buying. Not a lot however it’s only a small portion of what I normally eat all through the week. Typically I get lean floor beef or turkey as a protein supply. At all times get some eggs and egg whites as properly for protein.

For carbohydrates I attempt to stick to oats, jasmine rice, and quinoa. At all times should get some veggies in as properly, not proven on this image however I normally eat broccoli, spinach and asparagus. .
