All ya gotta do is toast a slice of @canyonglutenfree heritage type bread, and layer on half of an avocado 🥑, cinnamon roasted candy potatoes, and a hella yolky fried pasture-raised @vitalfarms egg sprinkled with crimson pepper flakes and hemp seeds! Pleased Friday my pals! ❤️

Who desires to share these peanut butter & chocolate oat bars with me? They’re tender and crunchy, candy and salty and totally scrumptious!☺️❤️ I’ll put the recipe beneath for anybody ! Have an important new week everybody! #healthy_belly

Elements:
1 C rolled oats
half of C almond flour
four tbsp peanut butter (crunchy)
10 dates (pitted)
Three-6 tbsp water
1 tbsp coconut oil
half of tsp floor cinnamon
half of tsp vanilla bean powder
Pinch of salt
100 g chocolate chips (avoid wasting for sprinkling on prime)
30 g peanuts
Instructions:
Place all substances besides chocolate chips and peanuts, in a meals processor and course of till you get a crumby ans sticky texture. Switch the combination to a pan (20×20 cm) lined with parchment paper and press down firmly.
Place the pan within the freezer to set for a few minutes.
Soften chocolate and pour over the combination, sprinkle with chocolate chips and peanuts. Place again within the freezer for 30 minutes. Take away from the pan and break into items. Hold refrigerated or within the freezer.
